Back to TO.!

We arrived to Toronto, Monday afternoon. It was good to be back. Back to our bed! Pishi had to go to Las Vegas for a conference on Tuesday and I will have the place all to myself for a week! Ha Ha Ha..
Coming back to work has been pleasant and despite our fun time both in Turkey and France, which I will write in detail in another post, I am glad that we are back to our routine!
Since I have been back I have been presented with 2 job offers. One is a 1 year assignment in my company as a Compliance auditor and the other is a leadership program that is for around 8 month. It's a strange feeling to reject a job offer that you are curious to experience, but after going through grilling exam and interviews for the leadership program, I am going with the leadership program! This is the first time I am rejecting an offer in writing!
I have received the verbal offer for the leadership program but the written one will be presented on Monday. To that end I will be rotating throughout the company and will stay a period of time within each department to learn about how they do things. The goal of this program is training successful individuals for managerial roles that can lead any department.

In the mean while, our car decided to lock its rear wheel! So I had to take it for fixing but once pishi is back we are going to get another car as for my new position I will be travelling back and forth to different sites and I need a reliable car! Surprisingly, I was hoping that my current car survive to 2009 and now that it mostly has, within the next 2 month, it's hunting time for a good car!
